I permit the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Gulf Coast (BGCGC) to photograph, film, or record my child during the STEM Workshop event.
I understand that:
Photos, videos, and audio of my child may be used to document and promote program activities.
BGCGC may use these images or recordings on social media, websites, printed materials, news/media outlets, and other promotional or educational materials.
My child’s name or identifying information will not be shared publicly without my separate written consent.
I may revoke this consent in writing at any time, but it will not apply to materials already created or released.
I release BGCGC from any liability related to the use of these images or recordings.
